Starting from our NEW meeting point outside the Railway Station in Court Square at 1100am
…..we turn out to celebrate cycling and promote the benefits of cycling to the people of Carlisle. The more people that attend, the more we can promote cycling as a normal and healthy / sustainable means of transport.

Following the ride (which will last less than one hour), we plan to have coffee in a local independent cafe.
